Dr. Eduardo Álvarez Lozano is a graduate of the U.A.N.L. School of Medicine and completed his residency in Orthopedics and Traumatology at the José Eleuterio González University Hospital of the U.A.N.L.

He received a scholarship from the U.A.N.L. to pursue a subspecialty and a doctorate at the University of Navarra Clinic in Pamplona, Spain.

Upon returning from his training, he joined the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology at the UANL University Hospital and the UANL School of Medicine as a full-time tenured professor, where he teaches undergraduate and graduate students.
