The refund will be issued directly by the sponsor you selected.
You will be able to remain in the program and keep your listing active for the full 5 years originally included in your setup, even after receiving the refund.

Contact the national sponsor you selected at the time of registration.
Explain your decision to withdraw and the reason for requesting the refund.
The sponsor will process your request directly.
